What your day will look like:

As a Warehouse Operator, you will support daily warehouse and distribution operations including:

  • Receipting purchase orders and managing inbound freight

  • Picking, packing and dispatching materials

  • Loading and unloading linehaul and courier freight

  • Forklift and general yard operations

  • Processing back freight and returns

  • Coordinating urgent freight when required

  • Assisting in the workshop when required

You'll work closely with the workshop team, logistics coordinators, purchasing team, and site personnel to ensure materials are sourced, dispatched, and delivered accurately and on time. In this role, you'll play a key part in maintaining efficient operations and supporting the seamless delivery of services across the business.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

  • Previous warehouse, logistics or mining supply chain experience

  • Fork-lift and C Class Drivers Licence

  • Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy

  • Intermediate computer skills

  • Experience working with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 preferred)

  • Good problem-solving and communication skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Certificate IV in Warehousing Operations (highly desirable)
